Solution Coordinator
Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define system requirements and generate Hardware/Software/Network specifications and related sizing.
- Support Sales and Marketing to prepare Marketing Materials and Technical Presentations for customer visit.
- Coordinate vendors, partners and internal teams to create competitive solution proposals for customer.
- Continuously communicate with customer to get feedback on proposed solutions and adjust the solutions according to their needs and concerns.
- Communicate with different vendors, partners and internal teams to understand their product and solution offerings.
- Visit potential customers and gather customer requirements.
- Proficient in coordinating and communicating customer requirement.
- Technical knowledge or experience integration with other products would have added advantage.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 4 years working experience in IT related Field such as Server Areas, Network Areas and Project Management Areas.
- Preferable managing networking (Cisco,Juniper), Servers (Windows & Linux).
- Firewalls (Fortinet, Cisco, Juniper, F5, Knowledge in database (Oracle,MySQL)).
- Must be able to speak conversational English.
- Any Graduate or B.C.Tech or B.C.Sc or BE (IT).
- Good Team Player, interpersonal and communication skills with positive attitudes, demonstrate ability to achieve results, excellent customer handling skills and teamwork.
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels, both internal and external (customers/vendors/contractors)
