Job Duties:

Responsible for all Core Technology Implementation:
New Platforms, OTT, Advanced Technology Development & Implementation
Front End Platforms (Wifi, IP Networking, WISP Business, GPON FTTx, ODN, etc.)
Back End Platforms (System/ Billing / BOSS System)
All IT Networking and Security
Planning, Design, Budgeting, Presenting, Implementation and Manage all technical and technology related things
Manages and leads technical team, contractors, vendors and related parties
Develop technologies, solutions and VAS with business mindset
Manage Operations, proper workflows, NOC and customer care and technical complaints

Requirements:

Excellent project management multitasking & communication skills.
Strong technical background with GPON FTTx, Fiber & Transmission Technologies, System, Servers and Wi-Fi communication protocols and technologies such as 802.11 b/g/n/ac, MIMO, TKIP, AES, WEP, WPA.
Strong technical background in network protocols such as TCP/IP (including protocols like SNMP, DHCP, DNS, TCP, UDP, etc.)
Strong technical background on Telecom, ISP, IT development, VAS, OTT
Excellent command of both spoken and written English and manage proper documentation
Strong Leadership, initiative, highly motivated, energetic personality with a proven track-record of managing a successful team Entrepreneurial, self-motivated mentality, driven at all times to meet and exceed goals.Excellent in-person presentation skills, relationship building and experience developing technical solutions
Must have at least 5 - 10 years of experience in Networking / Telecom / Wifi and ISP institutions
Must be highly proficient in problem solving and have strong organizational and analytical skills
Ability to handle and meet multiple deadlines and priorities.
