We want:
- Java and Node.js: 4-7 years of experience in professional development.
- MySQL and MongoDB: 4-7 years of experience working with relational databases (like MySQL) and NoSQL databases (like MongoDB).
- 3-5 years of experience with ElasticSearch, RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka: these specific technologies, as they are often used in more complex and specialized systems.
- Microservices: 3-5 years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining microservices architectures.
- Blockchain Experience: The blockchain space can vary, but 2-4 years of experience in blockchain development or integrating blockchain technology into projects.

For the Mid-Level
We want:
- Java and Node.js: 2-4 years of professional development experiences.
- MySQL and MongoDB: 2-4 years of experience working with relational databases (MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
- ElasticSearch, RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka: 1-3 years of experience with these specific technologies. Mid-level developers are expected to have some exposure and hands-on experience but may not be experts.
- Microservices: 1-3 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining microservices.
