Junior Back-end Developer
Job Description
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in software engineering and excellent coding skills in Java.
- Good knowledge of Object Orientation, Design Patterns and architecture patterns, e.g. MVC, SoA, Microservices.
- Experience with Spring Framework and a variety of its projects (Core, Web, Security, NoSQL, Cloud, etc).
- Good knowledge of RESTful APIs.
- Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases.
- Hands-on Linux/Unix experience.
- Familiar with Maven, Git, Git-Flow, Agile methodology.
- Self managing - you will be working in small agile teams.
- High drive and the desire to improve oneself are a must.
Responsibilities:
- Agile software planning and development activities
- Responsibilities will include analysis of requirements, creation of documentation and detailed design
- Development tasks include backend development, designing and deploying services, integrations with and consumption of third party services, database development, unit testing, development of scripts
- Help your software team as needed to build and maintain world-class software solutions
