We are looking for talents with a keen eye for design for the position of Full Stack Web Developer with React skills. You're responsible for ensuring the alignment of web/mobile design and user experience requirements, optimizing web pages and mobile screens for maximum efficiency and maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.

Full Stack Web Developers are required to work in teams alongside Backend Developers, UI/UX Designers to ensure all elements of web creation are consistent. This requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements: 
- Design, develop, and deploy complex application components.
- Communicate development status and escalate issues to management.
- Execute quality development processes to ensure application integrity and availability.
- Research alternative technologies, processes, best practices, and development methodologies to foster an environment of continuous improvement.

Skillsets:
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack development with strong fundamental knowledge of SDLCs such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall.
- Participates in the defining of and adherence to best practice development coding standards.
- Excellent communication (both oral and written) and organizational skills.
- Proficient with React.Js or Next.Js
- Proficient with Node.Js or Nest.Js or Express.Js
- Proficient with Redux and Sega
- Proficient with JavaScript
- Proficient with MySQL, MongoDB
- Proficient in Mobile Responsive Pixel Perfect Design.
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and quirks
- Proficient with Git
- Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates and AJAX
- Good understanding of browser rendering behaviours and performance
- Good understanding of web mark-up including HTML5 and CSS3
- Familiarity with Babel and eslint
- Familiarity with front-end built tools such as Grunt and Gulp.js
- Good knowledge of CSS3 transition and animation is plus
- Good knowledge of AWS and lambda is plus
- Good knowledge of Animation, Transition is plus
- Good understanding of TypeScript and Server side rendering is plus
