Building up a highly competent developer team
Implement and contribute to engineering practices and processes.
Client is open to suggestions on system architecture and programming language to utilize

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience of full stack web/ app development using Java, Ruby on Rails/ php and Python.
DevOps knowledge is a plus.
Commitment in delivering the best possible user experience.
Ability to clearly communicate technical issues to non techies and to translate their feedback.
